Job Title: Genesys Testing Engineers

Experience Range: 3-7 years

Notice Period: Short joiners (maximum up to 30 days)

Shift Timing: UK Timing

Joining Location: Pan India

Responsibilities:

Analyze system specifications to understand requirements.
Develop detailed test plans and test cases.
Execute test cases and identify defects.
Document and report defects to the development team.
Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues.
Ensure software meets quality standards and best practices.
Participate in review meetings and provide feedback.

Key Technical Skills:

Experience with Genesys Contact Centre testing.
Knowledge of Genesys Workforce Management (WFM).
Experience with testing Contact Centre Reports.
Ability to write test scripts from designs (e.g., call flow test cases from Visio).
Proficiency in Jira, Excel, and Word.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong project leadership and communication skills, including customer-facing interactions.
