Join GrowthAssistant as Marketing Operations Assistant!

We are seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven Business Operations Assistant to support our internal teams with administrative and operational tasks specifically related to sales ops motions and staffing ops motions. This role executes key administrative functions and is designed for low-judgment execution based on established SOPs, templates, and documentation.


Salary Range:  PHP 55,000 - 70,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

  • Is organized, responsive, and reliable in supporting a distributed, cross-functional team
     

MUST-HAVE:

  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint) - a strong GSuite user w/ strong Google Sheets experience can be considered.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Operations Assistant, or Project Coordinator - competency and durable skills (as illuminated in “working style” section can trump # of years of experience)
  • Intermediate experience with Smartsheet (WorkApps experience is a nice to have)
    • Familiarity with backend functions of Smartsheet
      • Adding/Removing client or employee rows
      • Adding termination dates
      • Updating links for team profiles to new departments/roles
  • Basic experience using a CRM (Salesforce is a plus) for data entry, updating records, and reviewing activity
  • Basic experience with Asana or similar project management platform

CORE TASKS:

Sales Operations Data Management (Salesforce)

  • Perform accurate and consistent data entry and regular updates in Salesforce
  • Maintain and organize records related to sales, staffing, and general operational functions
  • Assist with ongoing data hygiene tasks to support opportunity management

Staffing & Resourcing Administrative Support (Smartsheet)

  • Review resourcing submissions for completeness, and follow up with internal team members for missing or delayed entries
  • Assist in both adding and archiving client and personnel data for utilization and tracking purposes

Project Coordination & Task Support (Asana/Outlook/Slack)

  • Monitor task progress and send reminders to stakeholders
  • Support project leads by tracking deliverables, updating task lists, and helping maintain project continuity over recurrences

General Administrative Support

  • Manage internal communication channels, including monitoring Slack for requests
  • Organize and maintain digital records across systems (Salesforce, Smartsheet, SharePoint)
  • Support team members and managers with ad-hoc tasks and recurring process-based work
  • Maintain documentation and SOPs, flagging outdated or missing materials to the designated point of contact
  • Schedule and coordinate internal meetings and calendar invites 
  • Send follow-ups, reminders, and pings to stakeholders as needed
