We are a registered (since 2016) start-up company with focus on development of North East India. We bring people closer by involving ourselves in community development, responsibility travel, promoting eco stays, sustainability initiatives, etc. In the past, we have successfully brought people together to know & exchange ideas, to witness the rich culture of North East India by showcasing their rich culture & pristine North East India. We are successful in getting some early adopters from large corporates, NRI’s, globe trotters, who were mesmerised with their travel experiences (example: GoechaLa Trek, Hornbill Festival, guided Cave Explorations, kid-friendly hikes, Spiritual visits to Monasteries, visits to International Borders(from Indian side), etc) which speak of volumes by for itself.
We do believe in empowering the North East India local community by closely working in tandem at the grass root levels with inputs from the local guest house/homestay owners, trained & authorised guides, transport vendors, tour operators, etc., & hearing their suggestions & helping them on all aspects under our purview/capacity.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Content Management
• Creating & Curating Social Media content/in-house communications/emailers
• Managing social media calendars
• Work on branding, blogs, vlogs, etc.
• Generate backlinks
• Making Instagram Reels and youtube shorts for company profile.
• Managing & documenting meetings, Status Reporting, Follow ups with key stakeholders,
• Come up with strategies, innovative ideas to improve existing & new services
• Handling clients, vendors, stakeholders
• Updating database, keeping it current, etc., to help reduce turnaround time
• Preparing creative itineraries to showcase rich North East India Experiences
• Network, build trust.
Who Can apply:
Students in their final year
• Students pursuing any Graduation(B.Sc/B.Com/B.A.,) as their main degree
• Are available full time from July-2022 to Sept-2022
• You should have good configuration laptops& a good internet Connection for working remotely
• Preferable: Students who have knowledge about North East India (having stayed &/ travelled)
Skillsets:
Good command over written & spoken english
• General Internet knowledge & social media
• Digital Marketing knowledge (preferable &/ keen to learn)
