Compliatric Salesforce Architect

The Salesforce Technical Architect is responsible for designing secure, high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform, guiding development teams—particularly APEX developers—on code standards and best practices, and providing technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, a strong background in architecture and integration, and the ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Guide and mentor APEX developers on coding standards, code quality, and best practices for Salesforce development, including code reviews and technical workshops. 
• Develop and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and development methodologies for the Salesforce platform. 
• Stay current with Salesforce platform changes, features, and releases; evaluate their impact and guide the development team in adopting new technologies and approaches. 
• Collaborate with functional teams, delivery managers, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, define system architecture, and document technical designs. 
• Lead technical design sessions, produce technical design documents, and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Oversee and support the implementation of integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. 
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring robust and fault-tolerant solutions for large data volumes and complex business processes. 
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting support to development teams, resolving complex technical issues as they arise. 
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development team by sharing knowledge, developing proof-of-concepts, and leading internal initiatives. 
• Maintain a flexible and proactive approach to accommodate evolving project requirements and business needs.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development, including at least 2 years on the Salesforce platform and 3+ years in an architect or lead role.
• Proven experience guiding development teams on Salesforce platform technology, coding standards, and architecture best practices. 
• Expertise in APEX, Lightning Components, LWC, Visualforce, and related Salesforce technologies.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, data migration strategies, and platform limitations. 
• Experience with project and development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and iterative delivery.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present architectural solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect) preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional programming languages (e.g., NodeJS, Java, .NET) and integration middleware. 
• Experience with AWS and Azure.
• Familiarity with cloud architecture paradigms and large-scale system design.
• Experience in industries such as telecommunications, healthcare, or financial services is a plus.
