Location: Dominican Republic (Remote)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (EST hours)
Modality: Work from Home
Provide helpdesk support via phone, chat, or ticketing system
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
Assist with account setups, email support, and printer/network connectivity
Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers
Manage and resolve escalated technical tickets
Troubleshoot issues with servers, networks, and cloud environments
Configure and maintain user access via Active Directory, O365, etc.
Collaborate with Level 3 engineers on mid-level projects
Take ownership of complex infrastructure issues
Administer systems such as VMware, firewalls, backup solutions, etc.
Lead implementations and IT projects
Work closely with client stakeholders for high-level tech solutionsWhat Weβre Looking For:
Relevant experience in IT (1+ year for Level 1, 2β3 years for Level 2, 4+ years for Level 3)
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Experience with tools like Active Directory, O365, Azure, VMware, remote monitoring tools
Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude
Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
