Job description

At Team Global Express (TGE), we’re transforming the logistics industry—powered by innovation, operational excellence, and people who deliver with purpose. We’re now seeking a Procurement Excellence Specialist to join our dynamic Finance division and drive end-to-end procurement performance across our source-to-pay (S2P) ecosystem.

About the Role

As a Procurement Excellence Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in optimising the entire S2P lifecycle—from sourcing and contracting to payments and performance reporting. You’ll leverage your expertise in Oracle Procurement Cloud and Coupa to streamline processes, boost efficiency, and drive compliance across procurement operations.

With a strong foundation in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), this role is ideal for a problem-solver who thrives on building smart processes that deliver measurable impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead process optimisation across sourcing, purchasing, invoicing, and payments.

  • Configure and enhance workflows in Oracle and Coupa, supporting supplier onboarding and contract management.

  • Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.

  • Drive process improvement using Lean/Six Sigma tools, eliminating bottlenecks and reducing cycle times.

  • Generate real-time reporting and dashboards to provide procurement performance insights.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and external partners to align and integrate procurement systems.

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and conduct audits to mitigate risk.

  • Support and train end-users on system rollouts and new processes.

What You’ll Bring
  • 8+ years in procurement operations, specialising in S2P processes.

  • Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud and Coupa platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in root cause analysis, process mapping, and automation.

  • Solid understanding of compliance and procurement risk management.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

  • Certifications in Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred), Coupa or Oracle are highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
