Job description

Job Title: GUEST MANAGER

Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Guest Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client’s short-term rental properties. This role requires a strong background in hospitality and experience managing listings and reservations across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Guesty, and similar systems.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands both the operational and customer service sides of short-term rentals and can optimize property listings while ensuring smooth coordination of bookings, maintenance, and guest communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end operations of all short-term rental properties
  • Oversee and optimize listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Guesty, and other platforms
  • Ensure accuracy of property details, pricing, photos, and availability across all channels
  • Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and support teams to ensure all properties are consistently guest-ready
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Monitor performance metrics and recommend strategies to boost occupancy and revenue
  • Ensure an excellent guest experience from booking through checkout
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in booking platform policies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in short-term rental operations, property management, or the hospitality industry
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end operations of short-term rental properties
  • Strong working knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com, Guesty, and other booking tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management
  • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new systems or tools
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
  • Must have a reliable laptop/desktop in good working condition
  • Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) with backup internet and power source
  • Must be able to work during UK time
