Lead Product Designer

The Opportunity

Simpplr is looking for a Lead UX/UI designer who excels at user-centric product development to help design the future of work. This is a great opportunity to join a team responsible for a product that is defining the way companies engage and connect with their employees.

You’ll be working alongside talented and passionate product managers, UX/UI designers, researchers and remotely with members of our engineering team in US, India and the UK – all focused on collectively building a world class application. As a Lead Product Designer , you will:

Design and Develop: Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for developer tools, extensibility features, and integrations.
User Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of developers and IT professionals.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions align with business objectives.
Innovation: Drive innovation and explore new design opportunities to enhance the developer experience.
Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers on the team.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in designing developer tools, extensibility features, or integrations.
Skills: Strong understanding of UX design principles, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with development tools and technologies, such as APIs, SDKs, and programming languages.
Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address design challenges.
