Location/Type: Remote

The primary role of the Technical Recruiter will be to source candidates for Atlas Technica roles and establish that critical initial connection resulting in quality applicants applying for the role. The Technical Recruiter may engage in additional aspects of the interview process and will remain involved based on the needs of the candidate and organization. The Recruiter is expected to work in partnership with Recruiting Coordinators who are responsible for progressing the candidate through the interview process.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates for primarily Infrastructure Support/IT Support roles via direct outreach and posts to platforms
  • Have initial introductory conversations with candidates that result in them being interested and applying to roles
  • Review the results of screenings done by recruiting coordinators and provide recommendations for next steps
  • Lead offer conversations with candidates and hiring managers, resulting in mutually beneficial offers
  • Conduct high-value screening interviews (senior and management candidates)
  • Reviewing hiring process and providing suggested improvements to increase efficiency and outcomes

Requirements:

  • The ideal Recruiter will possess a minimum of 3 years of technical recruiting experience to include infrastructure systems engineers
  • Experience with the Microsoft suite of office productivity products (infrastructure, Azure, etc)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, social skills, and an ability to develop a first interaction experience that drives candidate interest
  • Solid responsibility, follow-through, and follow-up
  • Ability to create and execute candidate sourcing plans and workflows
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
  • Experience with or ability to easily adapt to working with an Applicant Tracking System
  • Ability to derive patterns from experience and to suggest recommendations to improve outcomes
  • Ability to review candidate resumes and qualifications to decide next steps based on position requirements
  • A college degree or equivalent work experience required to operate in a professional business setting

Desirable Qualities:

  • Experience recruiting for or working at an MSP (managed services provider)
  • Experience with the financial services industry
