About the role
 
We are actively seeking a Freelance Practitioner Sales Manager to help set the strategic direction and growth for the health care practitioner channel for CPG. In this role, you will play a key role in sharing our health and well-being solutions with health care practitioners and develop a market leading practitioner program. This role will commence as a freelance consulting role for 20-30 hours per week,  with the potential opportunity to move to full time, depending on the achievement of hitting certain KPIs. 
 
Role & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement practitioner sales strategies, targeting both healthcare practitioners with physical spaces, as well as practitioners with strong digital presences (newsletter and social) 

  • Identify brick and mortar health and well-being practices that are good candidates from a value alignment standpoint and revenue potential for carrying mindbodygreen supplements

  • Identify practitioners that are on social media that could be affiliate ambassadors of mindbodygreen products through their social media or digital footprints

  • Nurture and build relationships with the identified targets for both the brick and mortar practices and digital first practitioners. 

  • Advise on the evolution of mindbodygreen practitioner program to create a truly innovative and market leading program that leverages mindbodygreen’s unique ecosystem to support our practitioner partners 

  • Collaborate with the practitioners to provide training sessions and resources that highlight the benefits of integrating mindbodygreen products into their practices

  • Develop templates and systems for responding to some of the Frequently Asked Questions from practitioners to scale the program

  • Collaborate with practitioners on the newsletter and social promotion of our products, implementing best practices to drive online sales and brand awareness

  • Identify practitioners to be considered for social media amplification that fit the mindbodygreen brand

  • Work with team members to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance metrics

Requirements: 

  • Results-oriented mindset,  proactive and organized,  with a track record of thriving in a remote-first environment

  • Proven success as a supplements sales professional, 3-5 years preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry required

  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, across newsletter and social media is a plus

  • Strong understanding of health trends and practitioner needs

  • Strong communication skills, both internally and externally 

  • Advance degree in nutrition space is a plus
