What you will do:
Partner directly with senior global leaders to scale their (and the international brand’s) strategic content and digital influence across markets, cultures, and time zones.
Travel internationally to shoot, produce, and publish social-first video and visual content that inspires agents, energizes teams, and tells the international brand story.
Film a variety of scenes and subjects: lifestyle, travel, leadership POVs, agent spotlights, behind-the-scenes brand moments, and real estate context.
Edit short-form social video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
Design branded static and animated content (carousel posts, quote cards, hooks, reels covers, thumbnails) in Canva and similar tools.
Own and maintain a high-frequency content calendar — ensuring constant delivery of impactful, on-brand content across platforms.
Track performance metrics and trends, and iterate accordingly to increase reach, shares, saves, and platform engagement.
Collaborate both live and asynchronously — some shoots will be in-person, others remotely produced using submitted footage, direction, or storyboards.
Shape and evolve the visual identity and storytelling tone for the international brand and leadership.

Create content that not only looks great — but performs: generates engagement, drives expansion, and elevates leadership visibility.
Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and design aligned with the strategic brand and business objectives of eXp International.
Serve as a trusted creative partner and production lead — setting the tone, coaching on camera, and ensuring polished results under tight turnarounds.
Help build a storytelling engine that strengthens leadership presence and accelerates international growth.
How you will grab our attention:
A standout visual portfolio: includes dynamic social videos, Instagram-ready assets, and cross-platform brand storytelling (static and animated).
Strong content instincts: you live and breathe content creation, think in short-form edits, and keep pace with platform trends.
Social-native execution: you're fluent in what performs on LinkedIn, IG, TikTok, and YouTube — and how to adapt content to each.
Technical proficiency: mastery of Canva (required) and video editing apps like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Express.
Proven experience running the full content production lifecycle — from concept to filming, editing, design, and publishing.
Exceptional communication and project management skills. You don’t need micro-management — you bring ideas, own execution, and make the vision better.
Experience guiding non-talent on-camera and creating content with leaders or executives.
