As Online Sales and Operations Specialist, your primary goal is to meet and exceed sales targets while
ensuring excellent sales services. you will manage and engage customers using web-based communication channels.
Sales Quota Achievement:
o Quick Response: Respond promptly and effectively handle customer inquiries, objections, and close sale in a polite, friendly, and professional manner via chat and phone calls
o Selling and Management of Selling Platforms: Website, Facebook , Instagram, TikTok Lazada, Shopee, Zalora and others
o Upselling and Cross-Selling: Suggest related products or services to enhance the customer's experience.
o Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Client Relationship
o Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with clients to maintain relationships and gather feedback.
o Database Management: Update the client database with prospective customers contact details and interests.
Customer Service
o Provide exceptional after-sales Service: by addressing customer complaints, returns and refunds promptly and professionally.
- Fulfill Customer Requests: such as same day delivery booking, product reservations and monogramming.
Operations:
- Booking, tracking and updating of clients orders via same day delivery or parcel.
- Packing and recording of purchased orders
- Periodic checking of inventory
Job Qualification:
-Female
- College graduate
- At least 2 years' work experience in preferably in online selling
- Sales-oriented and can-do attitude mindset
- Knowledge in online marketing trends (Social Media, Website and Online selling platforms i.e. Lazada, Shopee)
- Comfortable with numbers and using Microsoft excel for sales reports
