Key Responsibilities:

  • Introduce the company's products to clients through online and offline channels
  • Provide excellent services and communication skills with all leads and customers
  • Meet and exceed sales revenue targets.
  • Develop new customers and maintain a good relationship with existing customers through social media, referrals, websites, and previous contacts.
  • Actively follow financial markets. Proactively discuss financial markets and factors that move them in an articulate manner with clients.
  • Gather feedback from customers or respect, and share with internal teams
  • Handle the complete sales process from lead conversion to account management
  • Call prospective clients to promote the products and services, to search for monthly account opening and turnover targets
  • Educate leads and clients on how to use the trading platforms
  • Reactivation calls for clients who have not traded for a long period
  • Meet and exceed sales revenue targets.
  • Any other duties reasonably required for the role.


Experience and Qualifications:

  • Diploma level.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales
  • Previous experience in the Forex, Commodities, CFDs or Financial Industry is a must.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
