Compensation: Retainer + Commission + Competitive Performance Bonuses

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team, focused on delivering integrated workforce solutions. This role involves actively engaging with potential clients to present and sell our comprehensive services, including recruitment, payroll management, outsourcing, and cleaning services. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and contributing directly to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Sales Execution

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within target markets for recruitment, payroll, outsourcing, and cleaning services.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their challenges and present tailored solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the value of our integrated service offerings.
  • Negotiate and close B2B deals, achieving individual sales quotas and contributing to team targets.
  • Actively follow up on leads and manage a robust sales pipeline.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to current clients.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.

Services You Will Sell

  • Recruitment Services: Permanent, contract, and temporary staffing and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).
  • Payroll Management: End-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and benefits administration.
  • Outsourcing Services: HR outsourcing, workforce deployment, and business process outsourcing (BPO).
  • Cleaning Services: Facility management support including janitorial, housekeeping, and commercial cleaning.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Utilize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate client information.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to the Sales Team Lead.
  • Collaborate with the operations and service delivery teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR, outsourcing, staffing, or facilities management services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a commission-driven environment.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment workflows, payroll systems, outsourcing models, or soft services (e.g., cleaning).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms and basic sales tools.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling integrated service portfolios.
  • Familiarity with labor laws or operational compliance.
  • Bachelors degree in Business or a related field.
