Job description

Our client, a leading Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an Asbestos Litigation Attorney to join its national Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.

This is a virtual position, but candidates must be actively licensed and residing in South Carolina.

Salary range: $125,000 – $160,000 a year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all stages of asbestos-specific litigation, including:

    • Depositions

    • Brief writing

    • Court appearances

  • Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys across multiple jurisdictions

  • Manage multiple complex matters with a high degree of independence

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of asbestos litigation experience

  • Active bar license in South Carolina

  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills

  • Excellent academic credentials

  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities

  • Exceptional judgment and ability to articulate legal strategies clearly

  • Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, collaboration, and community engagement
