Position: Alumni Specialist

Location: Remote (will have a “home” office located at one of our offices in WI) & travel is also required.

As our Alumni Specialist, you’ll be the cheerleader, connector, and guide for our Upward Bound (UB) alumni. As they’re college-bound, your mission is to support their transition into confident, successful young adults ready to take on the world.

What you can expect as a Alumni Specialist

• Connect alumni with training, apprenticeships, internships, and employers
• Meet regularly with UB and JAG alumni to co-create personalized plans for college or career success
• Support college students in securing tutoring, housing, food, scholarships—and staying on track with programs like Wisconsin Tuition Promise

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience with JAG or UB (equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• A genuine commitment to helping others succeed

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and insurability
• Ability to travel to sites and events
