Designation– Senior Business Analyst
Experience – 8+ Years

Roles and Resposibilities:-

Documentation Internal progress review and pre UAT testing.
Creation of Wireframes based on the guidance of BA/Sr. BA
Documentation of hand over documents.
User Manual Creations
Responsible for understanding project requirements, and help in the design and develop systems to meet the requirements as discussed with the BA/Sr. BA.
Experience in working independently as business analyst.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

Skills Required

Should be able to work independently with client, product, business team and other stakeholders to -
i) Understand & gather requirements
ii) Drive meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
iii) Prepare high-quality deliverables
Work closely with the engineering team to implement the requirements, provide necessary information/guidance during the QA process.
Perform demo and user acceptance testing with stakeholders.
Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Highly skilled in creating documents like process flow doc, As Is doc, To Be doc, Business requirement doc, Epic, User stories , Interactive Wire frames etc
- Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on project results.
- Nice to have-Knowledge in Finance domain specially in payments
Solid understanding of financial messaging standards such as ISO 20022, SWIFT MT/MX, NACHA.
