Implementation Specialist Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage client accounts and ensure successful implementation
- Coordinate with new and existing customers to ensure that each customer moves through the onboarding/implementation process efficiently.
- Manage communications with clients during the implementation process to support product acceptance and satisfaction.
- Consult with customers to manage and address implementation/onboarding concerns independently.
- Focus on providing an exceptional customer experience and increasing time-to-value for our customers.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot problems and concerns during the implementation process, working cross-functionally with product, engineering and sales teams.
- Determine the best implementation methodology within established processes for each client to ensure a positive client experience.
- Work with a high volume of customers and implementation requests.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with proven project management experience.
- Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Technologically proficient with intermediate or higher skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.
- Previous experience and demonstrated success in a similar role that required client interaction.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The pay range for this position is $56,000 - $60,000 annually. In addition, the position is eligible for an annual bonus.
