About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a highly experienced and results-driven Performance Consultant with over 8 years of expertise in digital marketing. This role demands a specialist in E-commerce and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands, with a profound mastery of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
You’ll be crucial in developing and executing high-performing advertising strategies that drive significant return on investment (ROI) for our clients. A strong understanding of the complete customer journey, encompassing both online interactions and offline touchpoints, is essential, with a particular focus on how online efforts drive store footfall.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies for E-commerce and D2C clients, with a primary focus on Meta Ads.
- Manage and optimize large-scale Meta Ads campaigns across various objectives (e.g., sales, lead generation, brand awareness), ensuring efficient budget utilization and maximum ROI.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous optimization to exceed client key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Design and execute advanced targeting strategies, including audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and custom audiences, to precisely reach the most relevant consumers.
- Oversee A/B testing initiatives for ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and campaign structures to consistently improve performance.
- Collaborate closely with clients to deeply understand their business objectives, product offerings, and target audiences, translating these insights into actionable strategies.
- Provide expert guidance on creative best practices for Meta Ads, working hand-in-hand with creative teams to develop compelling ad content.
- Implement and analyze sophisticated attribution models, with a specific emphasis on understanding how online campaigns impact offline store footfall and sales for D2C brands with physical presences.
- Stay ahead of the curve on the latest trends and best practices in Meta Ads, E-commerce, D2C marketing, and the broader digital advertising landscape.
- Present detailed performance reports, strategic recommendations, and industry insights to clients in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Potentially mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall knowledge sharing within the organization.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in E-commerce and D2C environments.
- Deep, non-negotiable expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, Campaign Budget Optimization, Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize large advertising budgets to achieve specific performance goals.
- Strong analytical skills, with the capability to interpret complex data, identify actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- A solid understanding of the E-commerce sales funnel, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Experience with various E-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and their integration with advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of store footfall measurement and attribution methodologies (e.g., Facebook Store Visits objective, offline conversion tracking, mobile location data analysis) for D2C brands with physical stores.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
