The Opportunity

Our Operational Excellence team is lean and growing. As a Senior Operations Excellence Lead you will coordinate processes and implement changes. You will lead high-visibility and high-value projects. You will work remote and travel up to 50% of the time. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Process Engineer and Operational Excellence.

Your Impact

  • Focus on opportunities for process improvement, waste removal, and cost reduction across the QVC and HSN Network.
  • Partner with leadership and engineering to set the short-term and long term strategic vision for fulfillment centers and process path excellence.
  • Strategic planning, facilitating, and implementing continuous improvement events.
  • Teaching, leading and coaching teams on Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology.
  • Analyze alternatives, refine goals, plan a course of action to achieve the goals, integrate people and other resources to manage tasks, monitor progress to identify variances from plan or expected outcomes so that corrective actions can take place.
  • Ensure that SOP's are developed, published and shared.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years retail fulfillment experience, with operational process orientation, and understanding of warehouse management.
  • 8+ years experience in Industrial Engineering, Process Improvement, or similar Engineering experience in a fulfillment or eCommerce operations environment.
  • Bachelor's degree with Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Measurement training preferred (MTM, MOST)
  • Lean or Six Sigma training.
  • Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
