Summary: Bookkeeper is a support-focused position responsible for recording daily financial transactions. They produce financial reports to assist management in making strategic decisions. Bookkeepers may also assist in running payroll and generating invoices. They will review client agreements for compliance which includes user count, pricing, invoicing, accounts receivable and reporting.
Organizational Position: The Bookkeeper works side by side with the Finance Team. This is a key position that reports directly to the Finance Controller.
Scope & Range: The Bookkeeper position is aligned to the Finance Department which reports directly to the President as per the Accountability Chart.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Daily Activity Use
Manage Daily Financial Transactions (Invoicing,A/P, A/R)
Assist with Payroll & HR
Create Management Reports
Monthly Review of Client User Count
New Agreements (CW) and Renewals
Client Financial Review, Resolution and Communication
Developing Budgets and Forecasts
Monitoring Cash Flow
Supporting Company Strategic Goals
Define and Plan Quarterly Rocks
Organize Resources and Work to Achieve Rocks
Develop and Maintain Finance Processes
L10 Meeting Finance Team
Metrics Reporting and Review
Quarterly Rocks Planning (L10)
Quarterly Convo with Management
Customer Metrics
Weekly A/R Metrics
Timely Invoicing
Systems & Responsibility:
- ConnectWise Manage (New Agreements, Customer Contacts, Invoicing, Data Integrity, User Count, etc.)

BrightGauge Dashboarding Specific to Finance Team
