  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects that bring our culture and engagement strategy to life
  • Own the details that make people feel seen, supported, and proud to be part of Ingenio,, from onboarding to celebrations and moments that matter.

Office Operations

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, vendors, and maintenance
  • Be the on-site point person for employees, visitors, and vendors (e.g., cleaning, maintenance)
  • Coordinate with People Ops, IT, and Finance to ensure seamless operational processes (onboarding, offboarding, etc.)
  • Support general company operations (e.g., travel logistics, documentation)
