We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Implementation of a "modern" automated testing factory
Developing and executing automation strategy
Designing and maintaining automation architecture
Selecting and integrating appropriate tooling
Establishing and promoting best practices
Managing workflow and tracking progress
Applying automation to eligible projects
Migrating and making heritage elements compatible with the new strategy
Client creation and management
Analyzing and synthesizing heritage by relevant functional domains
Managing debt recovery and ensuring coexistence with the new factory

Qualifications:
Proven experience in automation engineering ( min 7 years )
Robot framework , Python
Strong understanding of automation tools and best practices
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and teamwork skills
English B2
French is a plus

Location: Fundao / 2* week in the office
