Healthcare Staffing Coordinator

Essential Functions of the Job

  • Identifies company employee requirements and creates a staffing strategy.
  • Assists the compliance and recruiters for handling clinicians availability for scheduling
  • Prepares work schedules and enforces compliance with clinicians requirements
  • Creates daily AM or PM staffing reports, monitors clinicians performance and submits weekly reports to recruiters by updating notes in app assigned to you
  • Determines staffing shortfalls and report job vacancies and scheduling problems to different facilities or hospitals
  • Answers calls in Ring Central and takes down notes from received calls coming from facilities or clinicians
  • Creates work schedules by allocating clinicians in position and shifts.
  • Confirms shift schedules to different facilities.
  • Ensures that the organizations staffing requirements are met.
  • Ensures that the clinicians work in a cordial, steady work environment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
