We are seeking a highly skilled digital experience designer with a strong background in UI/UX, front-end design, and light development. This role requires advanced proficiency in Figma for prototyping and interface design, working knowledge of HTML and CSS, and experience updating and managing content within WordPress. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, understand user flow optimization, and be comfortable producing high-quality video content for web and social use. Success in this role requires the ability to take initiative, manage multiple projects, and contribute to both marketing and product-focused design efforts in a fast-paced environment.Job Description:
This role is responsible for designing and improving user experiences across our digital platforms, with a focus on UI design, front-end execution, and video content creation. The ideal candidate brings a combination of strong visual design skills and technical ability, with a proven track record of building clean, intuitive digital interfaces.
Core Responsibilities:
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma to support web, dashboard, and quoting tool development
Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver engaging, user-centered design solutions
Implement light front-end updates using HTML and CSS, working closely with developers to bring designs to life
Manage and update WordPress pages, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and UX standards
Produce and edit short-form videos for marketing campaigns, internal initiatives, and tutorials
Support the creation and maintenance of design systems and digital brand standards
Conduct or participate in user testing and apply feedback to iterate on design
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related field
(A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
3 to 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, front-end digital work, or a similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work, prototypes, and examples of web design and/or video content
Advanced experience in Figma (UX flows, components, prototypes)
Strong understanding of UI principles and responsive design
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Hands-on WordPress experience (page building, content updates)
Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative on assigned projects
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with JavaScript or web animations
Experience designing for B2B platforms or quoting tools
Understanding of marketing automation tools or CRM-integrated platforms
Background in insurance, SaaS, or regulated industries
Pay Range
$75,000 - $90,000 and will depend on several factors including geographical location, relevant experience, skills and knowledge pertaining to this role and industry.
