The Process

Main Responsibilities

Central Heating Boiler Installation: Installing new central heating boilers to enhance energy efficiency and guest comfort across a variety of hospitality venues.
System Inspections: Performing detailed inspections of heating, cooling, and climate control systems in utility buildings, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Conducting regular maintenance checks and swiftly addressing any issues with central heating boilers to minimize disruptions and maintain optimal guest satisfaction.
Customer and Staff Communication: Providing clear, understandable guidance on system operations and maintenance to both customers and staff, enhancing their confidence and awareness.
Adaptability Across Sectors: Demonstrating versatility by working effectively in both private and commercial environments, applying technical expertise to address diverse operational challenges within the hospitality industry.
Safety Compliance: Following safety protocols, using personal protective equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and maintain a safe environment on-site.

Requirements

Professional training and/or relevant work experience in HVAC systems, particularly with central heating boilers, with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Valid Category B driver's license for travel to various work sites as needed.
2+ years of similar work experience.
EU citizenship or a valid Dutch Resident Permit.
Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher; additional language skills are advantageous.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical information in an understandable manner.
Strong communication skills, flexibility, and resilience.
