Job description

We are looking for skilled Tilers to work on a variety of projects, including private residences and larger construction sites in the Netherlands - accommodation is included!

As a Tiler, you’ll be responsible for independently laying tiles of various sizes in different rooms, ensuring accurate alignment and secure adhesion with the correct glue or joint compound. This role demands precision and attention to detail to deliver high-quality, durable finishes.

Main Responsibilities

Tile Installation: Preparing and tiling surfaces in different types of spaces, ensuring tiles are fitted accurately with the correct adhesive and joint compound for a secure finish.
Surface Preparation: Cleaning and leveling surfaces before tile placement to ensure proper adhesion and a smooth, lasting result.
Material Selection and Handling: Choosing appropriate tiles, adhesives, and joint compounds based on project specifications, and handling materials to maintain quality and consistency.
Tool and Equipment Management: Managing and maintaining hand tools and tiling equipment to ensure efficiency and accuracy in each installation.
Independent and Team Collaboration: Working independently on smaller projects or collaborating with other construction professionals on larger job sites to complete projects on schedule.
Safety Compliance: Following safety guidelines, using personal protective equipment, and maintaining a clean work area to ensure a safe working environment for all on-site.

Requirements

Professional training and/or related work experience;
VCA or be open to obtaining it through our program.
2+ years of similar work experience
English on a B1 level
Drivers License category B
European Union Citizenship
Good communication skills
Flexibility and resilience
