One of our best clients, one of the Global Big 4 companies, are seeking for Fullstack Software Engineers for 2 different digital projects. This is a full time position directly with this client.

Project 1: Python & Django, JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS ,Azure Cloud, is a must / Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. Basic knowledge and experience in machine learning

Lead Engineer Position: ~ 1400万円 (Japanese Business JLPT N2)

Software Engineer: 600 ~ 1200万円 (Japanese Business JLPT N3)

Project 2: NodeJS、JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, Azure Cloud, is a must / Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. Basic knowledge and experience in machine learning.

The team have around 20 people and the communication inside the team is English, but with the other departments will be in Japanese.

Job Description

Fullstack Lead Engineer

You will conceptualize, design, develop, deploy and improve secure software solutions to meet the business requirements and objectives. You will also do testing, test automation and bug fixing as required.

Roles and Responsibilities

You will be a problem-solver, with the following responsibilities:

• Analyze user requirements of a software solution

• Design software solutions based on user requirements

• Lead teams/projects from a technical perspective

• Ensure the security of the products

• Establish the best development practices and ensure they are followed within and across the teams

• Ensure timely delivery of release milestones

• Responsible for delivering software solutions meeting quality benchmarks

• Write, test and improve software modules

• Analyze software modules and improve them to be performant, re-usable and maintainable

• Analyze software solutions and improve them to be reliable and scalable

• Review team members’ submitted code and provide them with improvement ideas

• Work in an agile team environment and collaborate with team members

• Collaborate with other teams, communicate and resolve team interdependencies proactively

• Continually update technical knowledge and skills

Team Structure and Project Size/Scope with selling points

2 team members with support from cloud engineers under direction of architect. Project is a critical business system supporting accounting functions

Requirements

Must:

• English - Business Level / Japanese - Business Level

• Experience of 5+ years, in developing cutting edge technical solutions

• Experience of 2+ years, in leading teams/projects from a technical perspective (for Lead Engineer Position)

• In-depth knowledge and experience in full stack development

• Basic knowledge and experience in Azure cloud computing – exposure to Kubernetes, APIM, WAF, Function Apps, Azure M highly regarded.

• Basic knowledge and experience in machine learning

• Being able to translate architecture designs into well structured, tested and documented source code

• Good working knowledge of data structures, algorithms and database technologies

• Hands-on development experience with the following programming languages and technologies: Html, Css, Python, Django framework, Javascipt, Typescript, ReactJs, Postgres Database • Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes and CICD

• Experience working with teams with agile/lean approaches

•Python

Nice to Have:

Machine Learning, Azure Kubernetes, Azure API Management, Azure Web Application Firewall, CICD Pipelines, Security
