Qualifications:
Board-certified/eligible in Pediatrics or IM-Peds.
Licensed in the state where the site(s) is located.
Ability to obtain and maintain DEA certification
Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in pediatric urgent care or emergency medicine.
Proven leadership in quality improvement, clinical operations, and team management.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Additional Qualifications:
Experience in managing provider teams or implementing clinical quality programs.
Ability to lead and manage broad-based change and development.
This is a non-remote role, requiring a regular onsite presence at the offices you oversee. Upon screening, a more detailed job description will be provided.

$170,000 - $280,000The salary/rate range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary/rate for this role. Please note that actual salaries/rates may vary within this range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and based on experience and qualifications.
