We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our hiring function, which supports recruitment across strategic consulting, payment consulting, and AI-driven projects within the Genesis ecosystem. In this role, you will drive end-to-end hiring processes, develop and refine recruitment strategies, and engage with top-tier candidates beyond traditional sourcing channels.

This position offers a fast-track growth opportunity to a Recruitment Lead, where you can build your own team and expand your impact on our global hiring strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to optimize talent acquisition.
🔹 Establish and refine recruitment workflows, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.
🔹 Source candidates beyond LinkedIn, leveraging industry connections, partnerships, and diverse sourcing channels.
🔹 Identify and engage ex-consultants from Big-3 and Big-4 firms, understanding their career paths and motivations.
🔹 Assess performance marketing professionals to ensure alignment with role requirements.
🔹 Analyze recruitment metrics and hiring data to refine sourcing strategies.
🔹 Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
🔹 Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to engage, influence, and secure top talent.
🔹 Adapt to changing hiring needs, demonstrating flexibility, proactivity, and a results-driven mindset.

Must-have Skills and Experience:

5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
✔ Proven ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies.
✔ Experience in building connections and partnerships beyond traditional sourcing methods.
✔ Strong understanding of ex-consultant profiles (Big-3 or Big-4).
✔ Knowledge of performance marketing and the ability to assess relevant candidates.
Analytical skills – experience working with hiring data and recruitment metrics.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
✔ A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
