About the Role

We are looking foranOccupational Therapistto join us in fostering a positive and supportive environment forNational 360 therapistsandNDIS Participants. Within this role you will provide comprehensiveOT assessments, therapeutic interventions andcompletereports for all ages referred to the service, delivered in home,clinic,and community settings. 


As an Occupational Therapist at National 360, you will receive clinical support via our peer support model and have access to unlimited mentoring provided by our Clinical Practice Advisors

Weprovidea uniqueallocationsstructure which supports your preference to work in a generalist capacity or tailor your caseload to one or more of the following areas:
  • Mental Health / Psychosocial Disability 
  • Home Modifications  
  • Housing 
  • Assistive Technology 
  • Paediatrics

If you are interested to progress your career in clinical or operational leadership, our internal Learning & Development Programs have been designed to provide formal, structured education and practical experiences to gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence for promotion into Team Leader, Clinical Practice Advisor, or Senior Clinical and Operational Management roles.

About You

We like to keep an open mind when it comes to bringing therapists on board!With that being said, thereare a few requirements for our therapists which are:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
  • 1+ years' experience working as an Occupational Therapist within the private or public sector.
  • Experience providing clinical supervision & support.
  • AHPRA Registration.
  • NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply).
  • Current Australian driver’s licence and able to travel with your own vehicle
