Description

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts post-boarding audits of newly boarded loans. Post-boarding audits include verifying the presence and accuracy of the loan-level data imported to the servicing system prior to the effective date servicing activities are to begin.
  • Collaborates with the New Loan Specialists and assists in auditing the onboarding of new and sub-serviced loans. Responsible for boarding new sub-servicing loans received from owner or affiliate credit unions by converting loan file information into importable data files. Also serves as a secondary backup for the Service Release Department.
  • Sets up Escrow tax buckets for new loan setup.
  • Answers incoming phone calls and responds to member emails and voicemails; responding to new member questions, as needed.
  • Collects loan file documentation and other information required for monthly FHA servicing audits.

 

Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience.

 

Education: A high school education or GED.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong relationship-building and member service skills
  • Ability to listen and communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Solid time management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

 

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. The employee is frequently required to spend extended hours in front of a computer screen, to use hand to finger, to speak in and listen carefully on the telephone. 

 

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a remote office setting.
