How you will contribute

You will:

  • Support, improve and execute on the company's labor relations activities
  • Assist with and conduct union contract negotiations
  • Devise and direct positive employee relations activities with an Integrated Lean 6 Sigma and HPWS focus
  • Provide day-to-day advice and support to the business on contract administration issues and grievances
  • Collaborate on developing and delivering training, staying abreast of trends and developments in the labor relations discipline

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

  • Relevant labor relations or human resources experience
  • Experience in labor negotiations, contract administration, and/or union-free campaigns, and prior CPG/FMCG manufacturing experience highly preferred
  • Ability to relate to and communicate with all levels of leadership, management, associates and union representatives
  • Drive for results and customer service orientation 
  • Project management skills and pro-actively manage work
  • Proven track record of performance results meeting multiple deadlines and project priorities
