Job Title: Virtual  Inspector
Location: Office Based - Durrington (Worthing)
Contract Type: Permanent 
Hours: Full-time, 38 hours, Monday - Friday 

Salary: up to £30,222 depending on experience

About You 

We are seeking 2 professionals who possess a wealth of knowledge in the water industry and water supply networks, gained from a previous customer-facing role.  

  

By leveraging the power of video, imagery, and AI, you will expertly handle customer calls to analyse their issue and swiftly determine the best next course of action, enabling us to achieve speedy resolutions. 

  

Coordinating third-party involvement for repairs will be a seamless process for you, as you demonstrate your adeptness in managing customer interactions and raising work orders using our contact centre systems.  

  

Your technical experience, preferably in a Network Service Inspector role, positions you for success, and we will continue to invest in your growth through further training opportunities.
