Dr. Erica Jordan-Thomas is the CEO of 7-Figure Educator and Emma & Easter Realty Group. A former educator and Harvard-trained leader, she helps Black educators build and scale 7-figure consulting businesses through coaching, community, and curriculum. Her company has supported over 20,000 educators and helped generate more than $11.7M in client revenue, with a mission rooted in excellence, legacy, and liberation.

You'll play a vital role in supporting a visionary CEO by managing operations, protecting her time, and helping the business run smoothly with excellence. This role requires emotional intelligence, strong communication, and a high level of discretion and integrity. You'll work closely with the CEO, Project Manager, and Ops Manager to keep priorities moving and communication clear.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and protecting the CEO's calendar with precision and foresight
  • Drafting, organizing, and responding to emails on behalf of the CEO
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, prepping agendas, and handling logistics
  • Booking and managing travel for events, speaking engagements, and team retreats
  • Tracking project deadlines, coordinating with internal team members, and updating the CEO on progress
  • Organizing tasks and priorities to keep the CEO focused and aligned
  • Maintaining organized digital systems, SOPs, and backend files
  • Liaising between the CEO and team to ensure smooth communication
  • Supporting logistics, research, and follow-up for client, partner, and vendor interactions
  • Providing end-of-day summaries or updates so the CEO knows what's been handled and what's coming next
  • Handling sensitive administrative tasks with discretion, such as contracts and payments

Position Details

  • This is a Full-Time W2 remote position
  • Benefits include:
    • PTO (1030 days per year, based on tenure)
    • Sick Time
    • Paid Federal Holidays
    • 3 weeks of paid Spring/Winter Breaks (5 days in April, two weeks in December)
    • 401(k) with up to 4% match after 1 year
    • Health insurance reimbursement (up to $450 per month)
    • Bonus pay opportunities
  • The position will be 40 hours per week
  • Days and hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST
  • You must be available for one launch week per quarter, which may include occasional evening or weekend hours
  • Travel required: 2-3 weeks per year for events and conferences
  • This includes attending the company's annual summit in early October
  • The pay rate is $25/hr USD
  • You must be able to pass a background check
  • We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
