Sales Manager - Lifecycle Solutions (m/f/d)

We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Lifecycle Solutions Sales Team in EOS India.

Your Mission

  • Complete responsibility for the sales and active business development of Life Cycle Sales - including but not limited to service contracts, materials, spare parts, software, benchmark etc.
  • Securing service contracts with clients and developing tailored service concepts to manage key accounts - win orders and revenue to meet the business targets
  • Responsible for EOS material sales. Keep in sync with the latest EOS material developments & differentiation (metal and polymer). Position and secure EOS material utilization on all EOS installed systems in India. Aggregate, manage and report material sales in all important sub-regions across the APAC region
  • Responsible as the “first-line of support” for all EOS systems installed in India
  • Optimize customer satisfaction - lead, manage & support EOS internal team and Partners to facilitate services and customer management for all customers in India
  • Develop the overall Market Strategy and Business Plan for the growth of EOS India’s Lifecycle solution sales

Your Talents

  • Bachelor’s or above in electrical or mechanical engineering. Strong communication skills and confident, service-oriented manners with both internal teams and customers
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Additive Manufacturing, preferably powder bed-based technologies. Proven understanding of the AM equipment at a system level (preferably EOS) on both Metal and Polymer side
  • Project Management skills to methodically manage large customer base, complicated technical issues, escalation situations, communication management with the technical teams in EOS HQ, Germany
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills (essential). Willingness and ability to travel internationally for business purposes. Experience working in multicultural, international team environments
