We’re a fast-growing, founder-led consultancy helping B2B brands across financial services, professional services, and tech connect content, comms, and commercial outcomes. With a strong pipeline and growing demand, we’re now looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive and Content Assistant to support our Founder and help drive content delivery.
This role combines high-level executive assistance with day-to-day marketing and content operations. You’ll be a right-hand support to the Founder — managing schedules, coordinating content workflows, and keeping key projects on track. It's ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and has strong attention to detail.
Based in South Africa and fluent in English (written & spoken)
Previous experience supporting execs, founders or content teams — ideally in consulting, startups, or marketing
Experience working in or alongside financial services, B2B tech, or professional services
Confident using tools like Notion, Asana, LinkedIn, Canva, Zoom, WhatsApp, and ChatGPT
Highly organised, independent, and proactive in keeping others on track
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Able to take loose concepts and shape them into usable drafts, prompts or plans
Comfortable with fast-paced environments and shifting between tasks
