Description

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor should lead and optimize our recruitment efforts across the U.S. This role will oversee full-cycle recruiting, ensure best-in-class candidate experience, and partner closely with hiring managers to attract top talent for Barcel USA’s operations, sales, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for recruitment, employer branding, and process improvement in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Lead and manage the end-to-end recruiting process for exempt and non-exempt roles across Barcel USA. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Ensure a seamless, engaging, and high-touch candidate experience.
Process Optimization & Compliance: Implement best practices in talent acquisition, leveraging data to drive hiring decisions. Ensure compliance with federal and state hiring regulations, as well as company policies. Utilize and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficiency and reporting.
Employer Branding & Sourcing: Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies to enhance Barcel USA’s employer brand. Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement initiatives. Strengthen partnerships with universities, industry associations, and external talent pools.
Leadership & Collaboration: Collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive workforce planning initiatives. Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the hiring process. 

Qualifications


Experience: 5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably within the CPG, manufacturing, or food & beverage industry, with a focus on corporate level recruiting and working with C- Suite roles and global roles.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques, and employer branding. Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and influence decision-making. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR analytics tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
