● Collaborate closely with senior business leaders and their teams to formulate and implement HR strategies that promote organizational and employee excellence across the region
● Design and implement talent acquisition solutions to meet company's explosive business growth, and establish recruitment plans and effective recruitment channels to ensure that all hiring needs are delivered efficiently and accurately.
● Manage the local onboarding processes and partner with the SSC/ Staffing team to ensure seamless integration for new and relocated employees
● Ensure company HR policies, practices and programs comply with local employment laws and provide clear interpretations to employees and managers
● Organize events and activities to drive a positive culture across the teams and departments.
● Undertake other ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree and a minimum of 4 years of advanced HR experience, including 3+ years of recruiting experience within the technology sector, with a focus on local hiring.
● Strong experience in candidate sourcing and talent market mapping, preferred agency background. Proficient in the use of recruitment tools, AI-driven work approach.
● Outstanding command of English and Mandarin is required for effective written and verbal communication, as this position entails collaboration with stakeholders at our headquarters in China.
● Knowledge of the local language will be an advantage, fluent in Mandarin and English are essential.
● Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Regional knowledge and experience in the Thailand region are a strong plus.
● Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
