Summary As an Account Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of 15-30 assigned clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between client and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs as well as net new revenue.
Responsibilities
Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your clients
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Maintain scheduled calls with clients
Develop a rolling 3-year strategic roadmap and budget with your team and work with clients to implement
Focus on delivering exceptional client experience, tracking team performance and driving customer retention and growth
As necessary, visit client to capitalize on networking and relationship building opportunities
Qualifications
3-5 years of account management or other relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on client needs with attention to increasing revenue
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Ability to travel occasionally
