ABOUT THE JOB

Enoggera Salvos Stores are looking for a Store Manager to efficiently and effectively manage all aspects of one retail site to maximise sales and profitability. You will drive and lead the team whilst providing an inspiring in-store experience for customers and community members.

Reporting to the Area Manager, this is a permanent, full-time role located in Enoggera, Queensland.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive store success - Lead retail operations to hit sales and surplus targets.
Maximise stock efficiency ensuring all products are ordered, priced, and displayed according to Salvos Stores’ standards and values.
Inspire and lead a team of employees and volunteers, with regular training and performance feedback.
Keep budgets on track, managing rosters and wages to ensure cost efficiency.
Boost volunteer engagement, building a passionate, committed team.
Build strong community connections, working with local Salvation Army groups, councils, and community partners.

ABOUT YOU

Management experience in a retail setting (required).
Customer service experience.
Excellent people leadership and management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience using Workday HCM system (highly regarded).
Alignment with The Salvation Army Mission and Values of integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, and diversity.
