PGS Worldwide is actively seeking a Provisioning Analyst to support an aerospace and defense program based in Sterling Heights, MI. This is a full-time, on-site contract role focused on the execution and management of provisioning and logistics documentation for military systems and components. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working with military standards, logistics support analysis tools, and engineering data to create critical logistics deliverables.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Associate degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience
    (Military experience may be considered in lieu of formal education)

  • Demonstrated experience with the development of provisioning and logistics support documentation including:

    • Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD)

    • Repair Parts and Special Tools List (RPSTL)

    • Illustrated Parts Breakdown (IPB)

    • Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs)

  • Strong knowledge of applicable military standards (MIL-STD) related to Logistics Management Information (LMI)

  • Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings

  • Understanding of LSA/LSAR development and provisioning databases

  • Skilled in supportability analysis, parts forecasting, and provisioning logic

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software tools

  • Experience conducting validations, verifications, ILS reviews, and briefings with internal/external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with defense-related LMI tools and logistics environments

  • Familiarity with the ten elements of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)

  • Understanding of logistics design influence and support requirements forecasting

  • Background in spare and repair part analysis and estimating project support costs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the provisioning process for assigned defense programs from start to finish

  • Analyze engineering data to define support requirements and develop ILS deliverables

  • Prepare and manage provisioning data including spare parts lists and support documentation

  • Participate in technical and customer reviews, ILS validations, and product demonstrations

  • Support the development and integration of logistics plans as part of the acquisition lifecycle

  • Ensure all logistics products comply with applicable military standards and customer specifications
