We are seeking an organized and proactive Estimating Coordinator to support our Preconstruction and Estimating teams. The ideal candidate will assist the bid process from pre-bid through proposal submission, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in all communications. This role is essential in coordinating subcontractor outreach, bid documents, and proposal packages for private construction projects across the country.

Communication Skills/Requirements: Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing as to work requirements, work in progress, work completion and status of departmental goals. Communicates verbally and in writing with co-workers. Able to utilize active listening skills to ascertain areas of need, define problems, and determine possible solutions to meet expressed needs. Demonstrate leadership, tact, diplomacy, professionalism, and a positive demeanor in performance of all duties.
Mathematical Ability: Able to add, subtract, multiply, divide, use ratios, proportions, scale, and fractions, measure and utilize other needed mathematical concepts in the performance of their duties. Understand cost calculations and budgeting.

Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record. if not previously secured, successful completion of OSHA 10 required within 30 days of filling the position
Physical Demands: Routine physical demands for the office environment when working in the office. While performing the duties of this job; employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Operates all computer equipment, copier, printer, and telephone.
While on the job site, the job will become more physically active and can include the following: layout for necessary job conditions and requirements, climbing of stairs and ladder, and inspection of work in place requiring access to all areas of the site.
Work Environment: Office or on site in the field. Travel in a car or airplane may be required.
