Our Veterinary Room Technicians play a vital role in our daily operations by building a bridge between patient care and client service. This is a hands-on role where you’ll care for pets while supporting their owners with compassion and excellent communication.

We offer full-service small animal general medicine, surgery, orthopedics, theriogenology, behavior, and urgent care. Our hospitals are located between the beautiful White Mountains and the scenic New Hampshire coastline.
What You’ll Do
- Shower pets with snuggles, cuddles, and kisses
- Educate and communicate with clients
- Record patient weights and perform check-ins
- Perform or assist with phlebotomy, vaccinations, nail trims, and routine care
- Safely restrain animals as needed
- Fill prescriptions and schedule follow-up appointments
- Support imaging and other in-clinic services
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Experience in customer service and one of the following:
- Animal hospital, shelter, or daycare
- Human healthcare (LNA, nurse, etc.)
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in:
- Clear and compassionate communication
- Multitasking and prioritizing
- Staying organized in a fast-paced setting
- Client service and animal care
- Attention to detail and teamwork
Bonus Skills (we’ll teach the right candidate!):
- Nail trims, blood draws, vaccines
- Animal restraint and routine care
- Prescription filling
