Job description

As a Director, Medical Affairs (Medical Insights and Analytics) you will develop and maintain an integrated approach to our Hematology Medical Insights. This will include developing the framework for our strategy, process and tactical execution for our US and ROW Hematology efforts. This high impact role will work closely with Headquarters, local markets Country Medical Directors and Field Medical teams ensuring consistency in the approach to leverage how Medical Insights can inform our Medical Affairs strategy. As a part of this position, you will be a member of the Hematology Field Medical Affairs leadership team. 

This is a remote US based position. 

A typical day may include the following: 
Expand medical insights core capabilities (KIQ development, insight capture, assessment/analysis of insights, oversee insight report, create impact statements, and propose actions). 
Define insight best practices from data capture to insights reporting
Systematically gather, summarize, communicate, and track medical insights
Partner with cross functional teams (Medical Information, Independent Medical Education, and others) to drive integration of medical insights
Develop plans of action to advance insights contributions across Hematology; identify key insights impacting strategic decisions and the medical impact plan
Develop and lead Quarterly Global Insight Forum
Oversee FMT Metrics Dashboard development and reporting
Serve as subject matter expert for Veeva CRM

This may be for you if you: 
•    Have demonstrated experience and track record for timely planning and execution of key initiatives, department priorities and project coordination
•    Must possess excellent project management skills
•    Demonstrate leadership with ability to lead without authority, cultivate strong partnerships, bring people along towards organizational goals and strategies.
•    Exhibits strong and balanced abilities between strategy and execution to organize data, analyze information, and develop clear plans and communications.

To be considered an advanced medical and/or scientific degree (e.g., MD/DO, PhD, PharmD, DVM) is required. You experience will include 10+ years work experience in Medical Affairs or relevant area along with 5+ years with oncology or hematology/oncology. Experience in lymphoma and multiple myeloma is helpful. Global experience preferred. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Veeva CRM. Ability to travel up to 25% with overnight stays for meetings, congresses, and training.

Salary Range (annually)

$202,000.00 - $336,600.00
