Background in performance improvement, financial analysis, and operational transformation
Experience with PMO leadership and change management in matrixed environments
Previous consulting or private equity value creation experience is highly desirable
Skills:
Strong analytical and project management abilities
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency in EBITDA-focused analysis, financial modeling, and performance tools
Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
Why Thrive Pet Healthcare
We’re building more than a veterinary network — we’re building a supportive, data-driven community focused on meaningful care and operational excellence.
