Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. This role will focus on driving the strategy, development, and delivery of our software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer success, to bring new features and enhancements to life. 

Key Responsibilities
Product Development:
  • Manage and prioritize project scope to ensure alignment with company goals and customer priorities.
  • Define and document product requirements, PRDs, and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop user flows, process maps, and wireframes to guide the design and development process.
  • Develop detailed versioning plans for delivering key features and enhancements.
  • Monitor development progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of features.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Partner with sales and customer success teams to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Serve as the internal advocate for the end-user experience, ensuring our solutions are intuitive and impactful.
Customer Engagement:
  • Engage with clients and Client Services to gather feedback, understand their challenges, and validate new ideas.
  • Use data and customer insights to refine features and drive continuous product improvement.
  • Communicate product updates and enhancements to internal teams and customers.
Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market opportunities.
  • Use this knowledge to inform product decisions and maintain our competitive edge.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS or healthcare-related environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology, EHRs, ERP systems, or related platforms is a plus.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a complex environment.
  • Experience with modern product management methodologies and product development lifecycles.
This is a remote position, but the candidate MUST reside in the United States.
