Customer Service Representative (18 months fixed term contract)
For our Health&Medical Business Unit we are currently looking for an Customer Service Specialist.
The role is located in Budapest, Hungary; working on a hybrid pattern which will be 3 days in the office and 2 days flexibility to work from home.
What You Will Do:
Liaising with customers/distributors by e-mail and telephone
Collaborating with sales colleagues and all departments related to the order process (finance, warehouse, transportation management, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction
Receiving and confirming orders from customers
Managing the entire ordering process in SAP/AP1 system - registering and tracking orders, issuing delivery notes/invoices
Providing information to customers on products, delivery conditions
Handling complaints
Supporting and ensure monthly closing
Who You Are:
Experience in customer service
Excellent communication skills
Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
Customer focused mindset
Fluency in Hungarian language is a must
Intermediate level of English and basic knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of SAP AP1 is nice to have
