Job description

Responsibilities:

·     Deliver training sessions and conduct testing for new employees across various departments, particularly within Customer Support.
·     Create clear and engaging explanatory and training materials.
·     Maintain up-to-date information about TotoGaming products, platforms, and features across all relevant platforms.
·     Communicate and distribute relevant updates and information to the Customer Support Department.
·     Draft and update procedures and work instructions tailored to the needs of the Customer Support Department.
·     Conduct coaching and retraining sessions with Customer Support agents.
·     Regularly evaluate the quality of customer support through testing and monitoring.
·     Monitor chats, calls, and emails to ensure adherence to quality standards and internal procedures.
·     Prepare various reports related to training, quality, or support performance.
·     Perform any other duties as requested by senior management.

Requirements

·     Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
·     Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
·     Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
·     Ability to express ideas clearly and structure information logically.
·     Analytical mindset with a structured, IF/ELSE-style approach to problem-solving.
·     Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, initiative, and adaptability.
·     Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
·     Positive attitude and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
·     Team-oriented mindset and collaborative working style.
·     Clear, confident speaking style and comfort delivering presentations.
·     Experience with WordPress, video editing, or image editing tools for internal communication is a plus.
·     Experience in the gambling industry is a plus.
