Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced user interfaces using React.
• Brainstorm and deliver new features, killer UX, and high-performance code.
• Integrate the frontend seamlessly with a modern microservices backend (Python).
• Drive forward the evolution of frontend architecture for scalability and robustness.
• Work hand-in-hand with engineers and product owners from different countries.
• Lead with a startup mindset: own, iterate, test, break, improve. Repeat.
• Contribute bold solutions and lead initiatives in an evolving, high-caliber environment.

Profile Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience, with strong React expertise.
• Hands-on experience architecting and iterating on modern frontend solutions.
• Background working in product-focused companies—startups/scaleups highly preferred.
• Skilled at integrating frontend with distributed, microservices-based backends (Python a plus).
• Comfortable working in cloud environments (AWS or GCP).
• Fluent (C1) English—essential for daily team collaboration; French is a plus.
• Startup growth mentality: autonomous, ambitious, proactive, fast to adapt, bold in suggesting improvements.
• Prepared to build in a brand-new Madrid office—be the foundation of this team.
